Mroczek: The state of public finances is deplorable. Expenditure carried out of budget

In the "Scanner" program we hosted Czesław Mroczek, MP of the Electoral Commission and erstwhile deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense. We talked about the amendment to the Act on the defence of the Homeland, the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces, the acquisition of fresh equipment and the budget for the Polish Army.
