Military Police Detention Chambers (+)

On September 26, Regulation No. 17 / MON of the Minister of National defence of September 23, 2022 on the establishment of detention centers was published. Its intent is to update the names, location and subordination of detention centers to the appropriate organizational units of the Military Police. At the same time, due to many amendments and in order to keep the readability of the regulations, the previously applicable Regulation No. 41 / MON of the Minister of National defence of 26 November 2009 on the establishment and liquidation of detention rooms lost its force.
