The Minister of National Defense, based on a resolution of the Council of Ministers, will be able, through the Military Property Agency, to transfer free of charge or dispose of military equipment, ammunition and dual-use materials specified in this resolution to the armed forces of abroad countries - according to the draft act posted on the Government government Center website. In the current legal state, there is no mediation of the Military Property Agency in this procedure.
