In the Sejm on the Act on defence of the Homeland and Transport of Hazardous Materials [REPORT]

In the Sejm, in 2 parts, a gathering of the Sejm Committee on National Defence was held. First, the Committee deliberated on amendments of the Polish legislature to the Act on Defence of the Fatherland. Subsequently, the combined Sejm committees on infrastructure and national defence supported 1 of the legislative amendments to the Act on the Transport of Hazardous Materials by Air on Friday, and rejected four. The Act defines, among others, the rules for the carriage of hazardous materials by aircraft.
