Donald Trump surprised: Nippon Steel is to invest in US Steel

US president Donald Trump has said that Nippon Steel's $14.9 billion bid to buy US Steel would take the form of an investment, not an acquisition. However, Reuters reported that the nipponese steel company has not withdrawn its offer and inactive wants to buy the American company.
