Col. Pietrzak: Warsaw territorials have a circumstantial possible [SKANER Defence24]

"The statistical Territorial from Warsaw is completely different than in the remainder of the country" - says Colonel Marek Pietrzak, commander of the 18th Territorial Division in the SKANER Defence24 program. So they are volunteers with a circumstantial possible and it will be a challenge for me to usage it properly."
