As of today, it is forbidden to take photos of critical infrastructure without permission.

The regulation of the head of the Ministry of National defence on the ban on photographing military facilities and critical infrastructure without approval has been in force since Thursday. The fresh regulations let the services to intervene and impose penalties - fines or arrest - for photographing or recording specified places.
