Saboteurs' attack on critical infrastructure, poisoning of drinking water intake, demolition of the energy network and forest complex fire – is simply a script of the ZAMEK-25 crisis exercise, which took place on 22–23 October in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Soldiers of the 10th Świętokrzyska Brigade of Territorial Defence actively participated in the task organized by the Regional Starosty in Kielce.

The aim of the exercise was to improve the skills of cooperation between the local government administration, uniform services and the Armed Forces of Poland. The script envisaged a series of acts of sabotage against the critical infrastructure of the region.
In Miedziana Góra municipality, there was contamination of the intake of drinking water by a terrorist perpetrator. Through the cooperation of the police and the State Fire Department, the threat was identified and the perpetrator was captured. A non-statutory defence squad against the weapons of mass demolition of 10 WMDs was assigned to identify and neutralise the dangerous substance, whose soldiers analysed the contamination and remove the substance threatening residents.
In the municipality of Pierzchnica, the saboteur led to the demolition of elements of the energy network, which caused the power supply to the City and Municipal Office to be interrupted. After being taken over by the police, soldiers of 10 WBOT secured the site and provided emergency power to the facility utilizing a container field power plant (KEP 900).

A forest complex was set on fire in the Raków municipality, leading to an extended fire and the request to evacuate the Scout camp. The Świętokrzyski Territorials supported the rescue services, posing as participants of the evacuated camp and interacting with paramedics, foresters and energy workers. Parallelly in the municipality of Piekoszów was organized a squad of Replacement infirmary Places for victims in a simulated mass accident.

The ZAMEK-25 exercise confirmed the advanced level of preparation of 10 WBOT soldiers for emergency operations and the effectiveness of cooperation with public administration and rescue services.
Territorial Defence troops are constantly developing capacity to respond to crisis situations and to supply assistance to local communities. The WOT Crisis Management strategy is an integral part of the Crisis Management strategy of the National Defence hotel (SZK RON).
As part of the Permanent Region of Responsibility, the 10th Świętokrzyska Territorial Defence Brigade carries out tasks resulting from the RON Crisis Management Plan and its commander serves as coordinator of the SZK RON in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
