On the Polish-Russian border, a fragment of the engineering barrier implemented within the Shield East was presented. "The task is simply a multi-faceted program, comprising systems for diagnosis, warning, defence, mobility and countermobility" - said deputy chief of the General Staff of the Polish Academy of Sciences Gen. Stanislaw Czosnek.
