Ukraine's Armed Forces importantly increased the effectiveness of drone attacks in September, hitting 66.5 1000 enemy targets. This is 10.8% more than in August, as reported by the chief commander of Oleksandr Syrski.

Of the full number of hits as many as 39.2,000 fell on kamikaze drones. Thanks to them, the Ukrainian army hit or destroyed 18 159 Russian soldiers, which means an increase of 23 percent compared to the erstwhile month.

Technological advantage over number

"In the situation of a crucial advantage of the Russian aggressor in terms of numbers, unmanned systems are our crucial argument in stopping and destroying the opponent on the battlefield" - wrote Syrski in the Telegram communicator. The commander stressed that Ukraine has no choice but to fight with quality and skills.

The number of tasks performed by robotic ground complexes has nearly doubled. This shows the expanding interest of the commanders in this component of unmanned systems.

Technological race with Russia

Syrian noted that the advantage of utilizing FPV drones remains on the Ukrainian side. However, the opponent does everything to get closer to the parity by investing immense resources in the improvement of drone units.

"The opponent stands still, investing in the improvement of drone units, spending immense amounts of money on it. We have no right to slow down!" - stressed the commander. Therefore, in the Armed Forces of Ukraine there is simply a scaling of the sub-divisions of the Unmanned Systems Force and a recruitment run for these units.
