There's a fresh trade deal with Ukraine. What about the Polish embargo?

A trade agreement with Ukraine enters into force. Poland voted "in favour" due to the fact that the Commission prepared safety clauses that will defend the marketplace in the event of a trade disturbance. Polish embargo stays and inactive does not like Ukraine.
