Tusk has just been the "leader" of the EU. Now the German press calls him a "brakeman"

The safety architecture may shortly collapse, which is why Europe should halt the process of "self-disarmament" as shortly as possible, German commentators appeal after the gathering of leaders of respective European countries in Paris. They draw attention to Polish's announcement that it will not send soldiers to Ukraine, and describe Prime Minister Donald Tusk as a "brakeman".
