Donald Trump said in a speech to legislature on Tuesday that his administration had identified an “outrageous waste” of state funds. He spoke of, among another things, the transfer of “eight million dollars to advance LGBTQI+ in the African country of Lesotho,” which he said “no 1 has always heard of.” The country’s abroad Minister Lejone Mpotjoane said on Wednesday that he was shocked by the US president’s comments.
