There is simply a draft regulation on state defence readiness

The Government government Centre published a draft Regulation of the Council of Ministers on State defence Preparedness. The task was created under the defence of the Fatherland Act of March 11, 2022. After the entry into force of the fresh Regulation, the erstwhile 1 of September 21, 2004 will be repealed.
