During the MPW ceremony, president Duda marked the insurgents and those who cherished the memory of those events with orders and state distinctions. The Commander's Cross of the Order of Polish Revival was awarded to Halina Strzelecka "Grażyna", a liaison and orderly in the 1st Radwan AK territory in Śródmieście, and the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polish Revival – Włodzimierz Macuchender "Chomik", a soldier of the staff protection platoon of the 8th "Bicz" Group, a militant group "Krybar" of the AK. Crosses of merit were received from the President, including MPW workers and volunteers and soldiers supporting insurgents.
