Groundbreaking changes in the Constitutional Tribunal may come sooner than expected. The Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, Waldemar Żurek, announced that the Sejm will most likely choice the next, eighth justice of the Constitutional Tribunal of the current word of office at the September session. According to the head of the Ministry of Justice, the fresh democratic majority and the implementation of legal "plans B" will lead to the fact that the Tribunal will become a full and usually functioning body in the autumn.
