The death of a debtor does not mean the death of a debt. A creditor who knows how to usage the available legal tools does not gotta wait for the household of the deceased to conduct the succession. He can do it for her – and this for symbolic PLN 100. The fresh ultimate Court resolution of 11 February 2026 gives him a strong basis for this and clearly confirms that specified a decision interrupts the statute of limitations.
