The ombudsman, Cezariusz Baćkowski, appointed ad hoc by Adam Bodnar, brought disciplinary charges against judges who "applied for the National Council of the Judiciary and, after being elected by PiS MPs, worked in this body." Or possibly the ombudsman should talk to the Minister of Justice about what is happening in his Appeal?
