PSL MP wants tiny Polish nuclear, alternatively of large 1 from abroad. But where to get it?

Marek Sawicki (PSL) has proposed abandoning cooperation with abroad companies in the improvement of modular atomic reactors SMR. He argues that we should support "Polish method thought". However, the deputy leader of the PSL is speaking with besides much optimism
