Michał Romanowski: The independency of the Tribunal is dangerous for Karol Nawrocki

President Karol Nawrocki fears that the Constitutional Tribunal will block him from encroaching on the constitutional competences of the government and parliament in the fresh composition. The president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, is afraid of the removal of the Constitutional Tribunal judge, the waiver of immunity and criminal liability.
