Marek Domagalski: The prosecutor's office is not in favour of biting the president

By initiating investigations into the possible assistance of officials of the president of the Republic of Poland in the refusal to take the oath of 4 judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, the Prosecutor's Office would like to find the competences of the President, which does not belong to it.
