The Extraordinary Control Chamber of the ultimate Court rejected the extraordinary complaint in the case for payment due to the fact that it was signed by prosecutor Jacek Bilewicz, who serves as the Deputy Prosecutor General. The ultimate Court stated that in the light of this ruling, Bilewicz performed his office "in fact illegally".
