On Monday, the Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court refused to waive the immunity of justice Jakub Iwaniec on suspicion of slander against justice Waldemar Żurek. This is the first ruling of this chamber regarding motions related to the alleged hatred speech scandal, with which Iwaniec is associated.
