The national court is obliged to disregard the ruling of the ultimate Court's Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs due to the fact that it does not meet the court's requirements, said Dean Spielmann, Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), on Thursday. The case concerns the annulment of a judgement on unfair competition in the crossword puzzle magazine market.
