Notary will not pay PLN 35,000 for activities at the developer's headquarters

The ultimate Court's Professional Liability Chamber upheld a PLN 7,000 fine for a notary who worked outside her office. The first-instance disciplinary court imposed a fine 5 times higher. This fine was reduced by the Higher Disciplinary Court.
