The court is obliged to dismiss or declare as a legally non-existent judgement of a higher court which does not meet the request of a court previously established by the law - said Advocate General of the Court of Justice Dean Spielmann. It's about the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court.
