CJEU spokesman: the court must declare the judgement of the fresh chamber of the ultimate Court null and void

The court is obliged to disregard or declare as legally non-existent a judgement of a higher court that does not meet the request of a court previously established by law, said CJEU Advocate General Dean Spielmann in his opinion. This refers to the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court.
