Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari said on Sunday morning that Hamas was not fulfilling its obligations to supply Israel with the names of 3 Israeli hostages who were to be released first as part of a truce between Israel and Hamas. This means that the agreement has not yet entered into force.
