A spokesperson for the Israeli army Daniel Hagari reported on Sunday morning that Hamas did not fulfil his obligations to hand over to Israel the names of the 3 Israeli hostages to be released as the first in the truce between Israel and Hamas. That means the deal hasn't come into force yet.
