Bolsonaro has left the hospital. He returned behind bars

Former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro left the infirmary on Thursday after a successful hernia operation. He was taken back to prison, where he is serving a 27-year prison conviction for leading a failed coup effort following his defeat in the 2022 elections.
