Russian authorities have asked the U.S. to halt pursuing the Bella 1 tanker, which was headed for Venezuela and is presently fleeing from the U.S. Coast defender in the Atlantic, the fresh York Times reports. However, the Trump administration is inactive expected to admit the entity as "stateless" – it was flying a false flag.
