Dispute over spiritual education classes. The Church again complains to the Constitutional Tribunal about the MEN regulation

The Church wants the Constitutional Tribunal to examine the constitutionality of the MEN regulation on the number of hours of spiritual education in schools. The Polish Episcopal Conference has filed a applicable motion with the First president of the ultimate Court. The problem, however, is that both the Constitutional Tribunal and the ultimate Court are not functioning properly.
