Incidental Act and the regulation of Law Crisis

The Polish constitution gives the judiciary a peculiar competence, which is to find the validity and correctness of the conduct of general elections electing the president of the Republic of Poland. More precisely, issues related to the elections lie with the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court. Due to the legal chaos related to the alleged neo-judges, Szymon Hołownia, together with Polska 2050, decided to make an ad hoc change in the substance of ruling on the validity of presidential elections. However, the proposal raises many controversies and concerns.
