Emergency law and the regulation of law crisis

The Polish Basic Law places on the hands of the judiciary a peculiar competence, which is to establish the validity and regularity of the general elections of the president of Poland. More specifically, election issues lie on the side of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court. Due to the legal chaos associated with the alleged neo-Judges, Szymon Hołownia and Poland 2050 decided to make an ad hoc change in the issue of deciding the validity of the presidential election. However, the proposal raises many controversy and concerns.
