In July 2026. The president signed the Act of 11 June 2026 amending the Social Assistance Act, at the same time referring it to the Constitutional Tribunal for a follow-up review (a posteriori). The amendment regulates the strategy of care provided at the place of residence – it unifies the rules for the provision of care services, improves their quality and adjusts them to the needs of people utilizing social assistance. The changes are the next phase in the implementation of the National Recovery Plan. But what will the Constitutional Tribunal decide?
