No more unpunished administrators? The government wants to introduce fresh penalties and a public register

Owners of apartments in housing communities can gain fresh tools for checking property managers. The government wants to make a public registry of people practicing this profession, reconstruct the strategy of professional liability and introduce severe sanctions for violations of the regulations. For now, these are proposals included in the draft law.
