Thousands of earlier pensioners conflict to convert their benefits after the Constitutional Court's 2024 ruling. The ruling confirmed that universal pensions should not be reduced by amounts previously paid out of pensions if the application for early benefits was made before 6 June 2012. However, part of ZUS branches refuses to execute final sentences and suspends payments.
