Zelenski: Putin is afraid to say it to Trump. He is preparing a refusal

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski said Thursday that Vladimir Putin is "in fact preparing a refusal" to the proposal for a 30-day ceasefire, despite the Russian leader's earlier message that his country agrees with it. Zelenski besides acknowledged that global force on the Russian aggressor should be stepped up with additional sanctions.
