Military Military Military Police Battalion (MNMPBAT) soldiers from Minsk Mazowiecki. It is 1 of the key NATO units of a police-military nature, whose main task is to supply support to the allied operational forces.
Two-week training takes place in Croatia at Slunj military camp. Apart from hosts, it is attended by soldiers from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and as guests representatives of Georgia. This year's edition is attended by almost 60 Polish MPs who came to Croatia with military equipment and patrol and intervention vehicles. As they stress, cooperation within the multi-national battalion allows for developing the skills of police support military operations and prepares for service during global missions.
Control the crowd, take the hostages
Soldiers train together, among others, to organize and run control stations, keep order and control of the crowd, convoys of VIP status, search facilities and sites, respond to emergency situations and actions related to neutralizing terrorist threats. – This kind of training is crucial for building interoperability and common trust between soldiers from different countries. Joint action on 1 ground allows us to check in practice our procedures, teaming up command and effective consequence in real operational situations – says Colonel Piotr Koń, Commandant of peculiar Military Gendarmery Branch from Minsk Mazowiecki.

The Multinational Military Police Battalion (MNMPBAT) was established in 2007 as part of cooperation between Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia. The battalion consists of: command, Polish company of Military Gendarmery, national platoons from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia, investigative and investigative section liable for conducting investigative and analytical activities. MNMPBAT's tasks include maintaining discipline and order in NATO military units, securing global missions and exercises, protecting individuals and facilities, and conducting investigative activities in operations areas. The battalion participates in the Alliance's training and peacekeeping missions.
Exercises in Croatia are part of a cycle of training organised rotationally by participating countries. In the following years, joint command and relay training and field exercises are planned.
