He's playing for rockets. Why does Poland not get approval for ammunition for HIMARS?

As late reported by Defence24.pl, [the US inactive did not agree to transfer to Poland the production of GMLRS missiles, primary ammunition for HIMARS launchers, in a Polishized version called lobster-A](https://defence24.pl/industrial/polski-himars-in-impasse-co-blocks-production-raquet). The "polonization" program of the American rocket artillery was in an impasse. A spokesperson for the Armed Forces Agency Colonel Grzegorz Polak admitted that negotiations have been going on since 2023 and that no breakthrough has been achieved for the time being, and a number of government-level approvals are essential to finalise them. All of this takes place erstwhile the second of the rocket artillery programs, based on Korean lobster-K technologies, is successfully conducted.
