
The ultimate Court has already received 28 protests on presidential elections. The deadline for their submission is 16 June and the first gathering on this substance is due on Tuesday.
Information about the influx of 28 protests was confirmed by Monika Ludwal from the ultimate Court press team. They must be submitted in writing and must be dealt with in accordance with certain formal requirements.
Protests may affect both the I rounds of the 18 May elections and the II June round. The application can be made straight in the SN or through the Polish post office. Persons from abroad may entrust the protest to the consul or captain of the ship.

The first 2 protests will be examined on Tuesday by the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. The meetings are classified, without the participation of the media and the public. After a while, her results can be seen.
After examining all complex protests, the ultimate Court will decide the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland on the basis of the election study presented by the PKW. The final decision must be made by 2 July.
