New WB Groups on MSPO 2025: rolling robot

This allows it to be utilized for both reconnaissance missions and logistics. The four-legged rolling robot G@RDO is this year's WB Group premiere at the MSPO fair in Kielce.

– It's fresh in our company's portfolio, and for the first time in public we show it right here in Kielce. It is simply a prototype, already tested under different conditions, but we are working on and developing it all the time," says Dawid Pobłocki, manager of Trade and Marketing at Radmor's WB group liable for the robot project. G@rdo is 1 of the elements of Future Task Force. This is simply a concept developed by WB specialists of unmanned-manned plutonium, on equipment that will include various kinds of robots and drones. G@rdo is designed to have the widest possible use, not only in military activities but besides in the civilian market. It is simply a light platform that moves on 4 legs, which is able to cope in different conditions – it has already been tested indoors, but besides in the forest, in sandy or muddy terrain. The platform's movements are controlled remotely by the operator. – Currently, the robot moves a fewer 100 meters from the operator, but we are working on expanding the range," explains Dawid Pobłocki. G@rdo can besides operate autonomously, carrying out a pre-existing mission and heading towards the stated goal.

The robot was created primarily to carry out exploratory tasks. It is equipped with a lidar and a thermal camera, so it besides works under night conditions. – G@rdo is integrated into our EyeQ system, which not only detects, but besides analyses objects that are in front of it – adds Pobłocki. EyeQ is simply a modern tool utilizing artificial intelligence that recognizes and identifies vehicles and another military facilities.

G@rdo can besides be utilized for freight transport. By carrying loads of up to 15 kg, the robot can, for example, find soldiers at the defensive point and supply them with ammunition or medical supplies. According to the manufacturer, the burden capacity of this unmanned platform, erstwhile equipped with explosive devices, besides enables it to be utilized as a kamikaze robot.

Radmor assumes that the robot can go to serial production in 2 years.
