In the coming days, the START Treaty signed by Russia and the United States in 2010. It is presently the only existing paper on the simplification of arms by these 2 states, as the Treaty on the Elimination of Medium-range Missiles (INF) expired in [2019](https://defence24.pl/defence-policy/as-American-can-rebuild-the-missile-average-range-analysis). However, controls besides service another agreements, e.g. for notification of rocket launchs.
