On 31 January, Friday, the police stopped erstwhile Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobra and led him to the Sejm, where a gathering of the Parliamentary Committee on Pegasus was to be held. While he was waiting in the committee building, it was decided to vote on his request for arrest due to the avoidance of interrogation.
What are the future fates of Zbigniew Ziebra?
Attorney General Adam Bodnar accepted this motion, which was then addressed to the Sejm. On Thursday, 20 February, the Parliamentary Committee on Parliamentary Affairs and Immunity will decide by vote what recommendations to make to the Sejm on this matter.
