Migrant dispute. The PiS wants a referendum

Prime Minister Donald Tusk reported that as of 7 July Poland has restored temporary controls at the border with Germany and Lithuania. The Law lays down a draft law on the temporary ban on the entry of third-country nationals. A referendum has besides been proposed.
