On Tuesday's sitting, the ultimate Court dealt with the importance of the presidential election. Previously lawyer General Adam Bodnar challenged the composition of the Extraordinary Control Chamber, demanding that judges of the Labour and Social Insurance Chamber handle the case. SN rejected his motion as illegal.
