PARASOL-25 crisis management workshop

On 30 September 2025, the 20th Industrial Territorial Defence Brigade, training workshop on crisis management, "PARASOL-25", was organised. The gathering was attended by representatives of uniformed services, local and technological units from the area of activity of the Przemysl brigade.

The workshops aimed at improving the skills of cooperation and coordination in crisis situations, which are becoming increasingly crucial in the face of modern challenges. During the meeting, participants discussed key aspects of planning and implementation of common tasks related to safety and fast consequence to emergency situations that could trigger a crisis in a local or wider area of impact.

The workshops allowed the exchange of experience and good practice between local government representatives and safety services. Topics discussed during the workshop included cooperation methods, methods of effective coordination and planning of actions in the event of future threats.

RECLAMA

An invited typical of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Przemyśl presented a tool of the university, which is the Multi-Environmental Automated Crisis Management strategy JASMINE (SZK JASMINE), which serves to improve the management of services, exchange of information on management, management, command, planning in a crisis situation, both in the case of natural disasters and disasters. It will be utilized by the university in teaching activities linked to the programme of studies in crisis management fields.

Through this initiative, participants have deepened the cognition and skills needed to effectively manage crisis situations, as well as better preparation for cooperation in the face of possible challenges. The experience gained by individual services during rescue and neutralising the effects of the natural disaster on the larger community was besides mentioned.

20. The Przemysl Territorial Defence Brigade plans to proceed its activities towards education and strengthen local safety structures, in the form of successive meetings and applicable exercises in individual territory local units.
