Volodymyr Zelensky warns: Russians want to attack the Sumy region of Ukraine

The Ukrainian army has not been encircled by the Russians in the Kursk region, but enemy forces are gathering at the border to strike the Sumy region (of Ukraine), Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a Telegram post.
