December 10th passes another period of Smolenian assassination, 13th year after this painful tragedy. And that's 8 years since the Good Change that we welcomed with specified hope, hoping for a faster explanation of the "catastrophe". The destiny of the country was different, it was clearly considered that another matters of the state were priorities, and yet the explanation of the hekatomba over Smolensk did not gotta inhibit another tasks of the state and was of large importance to our sovereignty. Unfortunately, Prime Minister Tusk demoted this sovereignty and disgraced the Russian investigation of the "catastrophe", although he had at his disposal a favourable agreement for Poland from 1994, which put Poland as an equal partner of Russia in access to evidence and conducting investigations. It was an act of alleged tiny diplomatic betrayal, subject to punishment up to 10 years in prison. And giving up the investigation of the Russian side on unequal terms powerfully suggests that Tusk had something to hide and assumed that the committee dependent on the Kremlin ruler would hide it and it had initially happened. Today, however, thanks to independent experts, we know that the detonation in Tupoleva was the consequence of the assassination. In addition to acting to the detriment of Poland by choosing an unfavourable agreement, Tusk broke the law again, without consulting the arrangements concluded with Putin at the Council of Ministers, although it was his duty. In this, Tusk behaved like Putin's partner (vide: Ewa Stankiewicz, Matrix III of the Republic. Appearances of Freedom”, Kraków, Edition M, 2015, p.78/9). The 2 gentlemen were later immortalized in the photograph in a warm embrace close the Smolensk debacle. These matters have already been described, regardless of the book quoted above.
It must be remembered that the starting point for the tragic finale over Smolensk became the separation of visits to Katyn, and that is what Donald Tusk did, due to the fact that he put the presidential plane at the mercy and disfavor of Russian services. In another words, he indirectly became a Smolensk murderer...And then an alleged guardian of unknown perpetrators, who under the cloak of a serial "suicide" liquidated people from the alleged Smolensk ellipse as aviation experts (e.g. Dr. E. Wróbel or Dariusz Szpinieta), witnesses - e.g. the case of Remigius Musia or General S. Petelicki, who revealed that the politicians of the PO sent texts to blame for the "catastrophe" of pilots. The alleged suicide of Tuska's director, Grzegorz Michniewicz, who knew all the correspondence, including emails concerning Tupolev's return after the renovation from Russia, was besides highly mysterious. Summa summarum Donald Tusk has an exceptionally black file and for this reason he is not worthy to hold the office of Prime Minister again. besides for another reasons, as during the PO-PSL coalition period (2008-2014) Tusk was active in scandals (e.g. Amber Gold) and covered his ministers from the gambling scandal attacking the CBA. He was a liquidator of shipyards and many industries, and as a Polish prime minister he acted on abroad interests, Berlin and Moscow. And present this man is going to Poland as...candidate for Prime Minister!? It's a grim gag of past and mocking the regulation of law. We hope that president Andrzej Duda – as a doctor of law – is aware of these circumstances and will besides perceive to recommendations from the Commission of Russian influences, which reveals (like the episodes of the movie “Reset”) facts proving anti-Polish actions Tuska besides in relations with Putinian Russia, which should besides prompt the president to waive Tusk's candidacy for Prime Minister. Tusk gives no warrant of safety for Poland, his candidacy is so a large mistake. We trust that president Andrzej Duda will take all this into account and stand at the tallness of his office and the title of doctor of rights to rise Poland to the rank of the regulation of law, alternatively than surrender it to the coalition of eight-star hatred, which has no respect for the regulation of law. And the fresh proof of that is the promotion of Mr. Karpinski from his cell to Brussels, the attacks on the NBP or the draft Windmill Act.
