In 1 of the last columns, I described 2 exhibitions, asking readers a question, a mystery which of these exhibitions actually took place, and which was only a literary fiction invented for the needs of the published text. This column has a akin convention. I will describe 2 events, 2 trials and 2 court sentences.

In August 2021, 3 Afghan citizens crossed the border of Belarus and Poland illegally, in an illegal place. They did not have a Polish visa or another paper valid for staying in our country. They did not run from Belarus or the Russian regime. Nor did they escape persecution in their country. They just wanted to improve their conditions, improve their standard of living. Choose a place to live as they please. They were detained by the Border Guard, driven to the nearest border crossing and returned to Belarus. After respective years, in 2025, the Bialystok territory Court ruled that detention of Afghans was illegal. Since the Afghans were in Poland illegally, their detention should have been considered illegal. It's logical, isn't it? Thus, it was equally logical that the Court of First Instance granted 3 Afghans a compensation of PLN 5 000 per head for the ‘harm suffered’. To make amends, humble, due to the fact that illegal visitors had the most legal lawyers who demanded 80,000 each.

On September 1, 1939, many German citizens crossed the border with Poland illegally, in an illegal place. They did not have a Polish visa or another paper valid for staying in our country. They did not run from any persecution in their country. They just wanted to improve their conditions, improve their standard of living. They needed a surviving space, Lebensraum. They needed to choose a place to live as they liked. They were shot at by Border defender officers. After a fewer years, the Wrocław territory Court found that shelling Germans was illegal. The court awarded Germany a compensation of EUR 5 or 50 1000 per head, depending on the degree of the harm suffered.

No, this time I'm not asking which of these descriptions, which of these judgments is true, which is simply literary fiction. But if I were to describe the second of these judgments, I wrote that the territory Court had issued a judgement not after a few, but after respective decades, precisely 86 years, would the answer to the title question be equally obvious?

Are you certain that specified a conviction will not be passed in this year 2025? If he collapses, of course, he'll be handed out by the paleos. And in order for the conviction to be passed, there is no uncertainty that he should join and not divide, it would be best if those 15 oldest and most experienced judges gave it up. Those appointed “when our fellow mates were engulfed in the human race.” Those 15 who were to recognise the election of Rafał Trzaskowski as president of Poland stating that the vote for Karol Nawrocki was usually illegal in the world.
