Adopted by the current majority of the ruling bill, which was expected to order the situation in the constitutional court, is incompatible with the fundamental law – the Constitutional Court stated yesterday. In his opinion, the solutions prepared by the Batory Foundation, among others, undermine the position of persons serving as judges of the Constitutional Tribunal today.
