US offers Russia sanctions relief on condition of permanent ceasefire

The Trump administration has presented its allies with a plan to conclude a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. The United States was to offer to ease sanctions against Russia on condition of a permanent ceasefire, Bloomberg has learned.
