Mysterious oil company starts making losses

This is the most mysterious company in Russia. It extracts all tenth barrel of Russian oil and holds the largest cash reserves in banks, equal to the gold and currency reserves of Qatar or South Africa. It is inactive unknown who owns it. But it is already known that it has been making losses since the sanctions were imposed by the United States.
